Selected as General Manager of this 100 rooms and 7 Food & beverage outlets Hotel .This hotel is a F&B based property generating 80% revenue from F&B Operations including Night Clubs , discotheques , sports bars , local bars and restaurants .*Implemented strict controls over pilferages which were widely prevailing due to total miss management .
*Developed year round activities calendar for Food & beverage Promotions, raised sponsorships for the events, marketed the same with the available resources and brought the F&B Outlets in prominence in the city . “The Garage” 500pax capacity Discotheque became Dubai most popular club . Additionally “The Garden” Multi cuisine restaurant which was running in a loss became one of the profit centres .

Operated as Food & beverage manager of this 25000 sq. meters Island resort providing 40 deluxe rooms, sixteen fully furnished apartments and 4 luxury deluxe suites. Resort facilities included Activity centre, two ocean view restaurants, Water Park, cinema hall, coffee shop, bars & banqueting facilities. The resort being developed as family leisure place cum conference venue was frequently visited by the royal family of Kingdom of Bahrain and was privileged to host banquets for His Majesty the king of Bahrain, The Crown Prince & members of the royal family.
*Involved in setting up and launching the resort.*Selected and hired a team skilled professionals from India and overseas to man the operations. *Initiated induction & training for the new multicultural staff *Organized logistics for the Island resort. *Initiated theme nights including India , Arabian , Mexican & BBQ Nights .*Organized dinners for HM The Amir Sh. Issa Bin Salman Al Khalifa , HH The Crown Prince Sh. Joined the Baisan group of Hotels – Bahrain as banquets manager of Baisan International Hotel having 150 rooms and five restaurants and banqueting of 500 pax capacity .*Operated as banquets manager and organized Arabian wedding for Bahrani Elite , Outdoor catering for Embassies , Conference and convention services in the hotel and hotel rented venues . Organized Ramadan Special Tents.
Additional responsibilities also included Room Service Department and launch and operations of Filipino Restaurant with live entertainment .Officiated as F&B Manager in the absence of the F&B Manager Management Promoted me to F&B Manager for their newly acquired Island Resort “The Hawar Resort “.

Headed the Banquets department with a team of two Sr. Captains, eight captains and fifty-five staff. Coordinated with sales offices all over India. With the 19 departments of the hotel to organized high profiled conferences for National and International companies, State Banquets for Dignitaries Including the Prime Minister of India, Wedding functions of Elite Industrialists families from all over India. Themed Nights of International and local themes. Banquets held 4 to 5 functions average a day and contributes about 30% of the revenue of the resort.

Joined the Ritz Hotel as Management Trainee after completing 3 years diploma in hotel management from Indian Institute Of Business management. Trained in all the departments of the Hotel for One & half years. on successful completion of the management training I was promoted to Asst. manager F&B. Working under the F&B manager I supervised the restaurant, bar, room service and out door catering. Additional responsibilities included sales presentation for the whole hotel.
